Tour Operators

Please be sure to correctly identify the correct registration category.

• Primary Tour Operator: Primary tour operators are required to make their own appointment requests and conduct their own pre-scheduled appointments during Heartland Travel Showcase.

• Additional Appointment Taking Delegate: These delegates are required to make their own appointment requests, receive separate pre-scheduled appointments and conduct their own appointments during the Heartland Travel Showcase. *Note: If you are training someone, they should register as a guest/spouse. They will go to the same appointments with the primary delegate. This option will need requiredapproval by Sarah Herrick-Peck. Email Sarah for specific details at sarah@ohiotravel.org.

• Guest/Spouse (Additional NON-Appointment Taking Delegate): Guest/Spouse registrations do not take any appointments. Guest/Spouse registrations are invited to attend any additional events during Heartland Travel Exchange (i.e., Friday night opening reception, lunches, Saturday reception, etc.) but must be registered to attend these events.

2027 Registration includes Heartland Connections portal with full contact list of everyone who attends, appointment schedule, access to the open tradeshows, lunch, opening night celebration, education session and more!

• Primary Appointment Takers: $100 now thru Dec. 1, 2026 (increases to $125 after this date.)

• Additional Delegates (will take their own appointments): $100 now thru Dec. 1, 2026 (increases to $125 after this date.)

• Guest/Spouse Registration: $235 (If you are training someone, they should register as a guest/spouse. They will go to the same appointments with the primary delegate, approval will be required.)
